The challenge given was to rebrand an existing establishment and design several product pieces that would be associated with said brand. What you see here are early design works of mine that were done at the start of my design career/education at Lawrence Technological University. With research competitor brands, the current trends (late 2000’s and early 2010’s), these were the new branding outcome. The final logo not only brought a new audience to the outlet but still showed that even when it changes they can keep their bold traditions in providing the best home, clothing, and beauty possible. The next step of the challenge was to create several product design elements that would be consistent with this new JCP brand. The product design pieces that were new JCP sale tags and newly design seasoned check-out-bags. With every season having an impact on a business like JCP it is pertinent that they keep up with the current trend of the season. This yearlong product campaign would revolve around the four seasons, and they would be reflected on the check-out-bags and clothing tags.
